San Diego, CA- June 11, 2012 – Julian Bakery has expanded from their current La Jolla Birdrock bakery location to a much larger space in Oceanside. The new bakery will initially consist of a 5,000 square foot warehouse located at 624 Garrison Street, Oceanside, CA. Julian Bakery will also plan to move forward with an additional 5,000 square feet space which they will take possession in September 2012 bringing the total new bakery space to 10,000 square feet.
QualityFirst Commercial Vice President, Peter Wright was able to work closely with Julian Bakery to find the ideal space for their expansion. Through a clear understanding of what Julian Bakery was looking for, Wright was able to find a new space and negotiate a successful transaction under market rate as well as assist in facilitating the equipment purchase from the previous bakery located in the space through the small business administration.
